journey Groups

We believe lasting life change happens best in the context of meaningful relationships. That's why we offer Journey Groups. Joining a Journey Group provides opportunities to connect, tackle questions, discuss personal challenges, study the Bible, pray, and receive support in a way that isn't possible on Sunday mornings.

Journey Group sessions typically begin four times a year: fall, winter, spring, and summer. We offer groups for all ages, interests and commitment levels. Some groups are one-time events while others meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Our system is designed to provide clear on-ramps and off-ramps. It is easy to try a group and, if it's not a good fit, you can try a different group the following session without feeling guilty.

    • what happens one minute after you die?

      Led by Dave & Carol Morey |  9-10am Sundays | 4 Sessions | Starts July 7

One minute after you die you will either be elated or terrified. For some, death is the beginning of unending bliss, for others, unending despair. Though the afterlife is shrouded in mystery, the Bible does peel back the curtain.

Join us for a four week Sunday morning study at SouthField that will help you understand what is on the other side. We know summer travel plans may prohibit you from attending all four Sundays. That's totally ok! Each week we will tackle a different topic, so you'll benefit from joining us even if you can only come one time.

Learn what the Bible says about channeling, reincarnation, near-death experiences, and what Heaven and Hell will be like. Group will utilize Erwin Lutzer’s bestselling book, “One Minute After You Die.”

Reading the book is not required. It's a supplemental resource for those who would like to dig deeper. If you would like to purchase the book through SouthField, please add it on to your registration. Books will be available at the Welcome Desk.To register, click the icon.
